Our main goal of creating HIIT with Harrell is to provide a safe place for all fitness levels to torch some calories while building strength and confidence with body movement.
Dr. Harrell knows how community can lead to greater gains and a happier experience and wanted to recreate her own space in a timeframe that worked for her busy schedule. She realized she wasn't the only one with this problem and decided to open up her space to bring other busy parents and professionals together.
