Sheryl has been working with Dr. Harrell for one year, and HIIT with Harrell for 6 months. She is consistent and determined to get her body in shape to be healthier for her family, but get back to doing things she enjoyed.

20 years ago she was told she would never squat again when her collegiate rowing career came to an abrupt end after a mountain biking accident. She admits she let herself "go" while raising three sons and being involved in their lives. Then came the pain. Back and shoulder pain was debilitating her and simple work around the house would keep her in bed for a weekend. 

Here she is today, down X pounds from where she was, completing workouts with Dr. Harrell and SQUATTING! She is getting stronger daily and her Styku results show it!

Dr. Harrell started HIIT with Harrell so she had the opportunity to exercise at a time that worked for her. Once an avid CrossFit athlete, Dr. Harrell fell into unhealthy patterns after beginning Bear Paw Medical. She let work and being with her family take priority over living an active healthy life. When she was unable to maintain her gym memberships due to patient care hours she decided to build her own program that emphasized safe movement patterns with a compressed timeframe. She could give 30 minutes a couple days a week to getting away from meetings and patient care. 

The results speak for themselves as she has lost 2% body fat and gained 1.5% of lean body mass. Add to that, she now has the strength and stamina to enter and train for a sprint triathlon in May.
