In the last 4 years I went from being my most fit, working out 6-7 days a week, to my heaviest and most out of shape. I let building a business and managing a family take priority. I stopped working out all together.  

Watching my patients struggle with their own time and life demands and encouraging them to make changes made me realize where I was letting myself...and them...down.
